nexo.AgenticLoop is offered exclusively to business customers. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time under "Subscription & billing". The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains until then.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, paid periods are not refunded pro rata. Upgrades are billed proportionally; downgrades take effect at the next period.

Purchased AI credits are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Contact us via the details in our imprint or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
